The founder of KFowler Homes Ltd, Kelvin Fowler, has over 35 years association with the housing industry.

Who is Kelvin Fowler?
Kelvin left school at the age of 15 and started a building apprenticeship with Merritt Homes in Christchurch. At the young age of 19 Kelvin went into business on his own and built homes under contract for Merritt Homes. By the age of 22 he had his first Residential Building Company established and was building direct for customers.
Kelvin developed Fowler Homes in 1980 and franchised this brand all over New Zealand. He later sold out in 2005 and created Mainland Residential.
Kelvin has not only built thousands of houses throughout Canterbury and Marlborough but he has also been responsible for the Perano Apartment complex and the Quay Apartment complex in Picton. These are both large scale commercial developments and are perfectly located on the Picton waterfront. Kelvin is well known for building a quality product. He is a straight shooter and doesn't beat around the bush. Happy customers are good customers. If something is wrong then you can be assured he will put it right.
